Calibrena is a digital AI-enabled service that helps users create structured professional profiles (“AI Passport”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Nature of the Service
The Service provides:
- AI-generated analysis
- structured outputs
- professional positioning tools
The Service is NOT:
- medical advice
- psychological therapy
- legal advice
- financial advice
- employment service
We do not guarantee outcomes.
4. User Content
You provide:
- CV
- answers
- other content
You confirm you have the right to provide this data.
You grant us a limited license to process it for service operation.
5. AI Outputs
Outputs are:
- generated automatically
- based on provided data
We do not guarantee:
- accuracy
- completeness
- external recognition
- hiring or business results
6. Payments (future stage)
If paid features are introduced:
- payments are processed via our payment provider
- subscriptions may auto-renew
- cancellation stops future billing
- no refunds after access is granted
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the Service
- upload unlawful content
- attempt to reverse-engineer
- share access
8. Intellectual Property
All Service content belongs to us.
You may use outputs for personal/professional use.
You may not copy or resell the system.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- business decisions
- financial outcomes
- indirect damages
10. Termination
We may suspend access if Terms are violated.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia.
